ISCOM 2015 | Registration

Nationals of EU countries are allowed to enter the Federal Republic of Germany without a visa.

Requesting a visa to enter Germany

You must submit your visa application and the required supporting documentation to the German Consulate/Embassy relevant to your country of residence.
Please include with your visa application documentation the Summit Invitation Letter (in addition to the Visa Invitation Letter) sent earlier to you (or to your Minister, for the members of the official delegations and accompanying persons OR other participants).

To request a letter of invitation in order to attend the symposium, please send us an email at indicating your name, gender, birth date, nationality, passport no., expiry date, address and German embassy or consulate to apply to for visa.

Fees for visa applications are at the responsibility of the delegate.
